Must Haves...
-Management of Google AdWords / Paid Search accounts, including Google Shopping, Retargeting, Display, and traditional PPC ads
-Management of Paid Social Media campaigns - Facebeef :), Instagram, and beyond
-A penchant for managing strong ROAS, identifying channel growth potential, identifying red flags, and proactively managing creative requests
-Passion for Google Analytics and delivering top notch reports + insights / analysis that make data understandable and actionable
-Understanding of UX, improving conversion rates, and driving eCommerce growth
-Understanding of SEO - technical, content, and architecture
-Understanding of digital campaign production, including video content production, wireframing, briefing concepts, and creating campaign strategy decks
-Understanding of Email marketing campaigns from list growth tactics to engaging retention campaigns
-A sense of urgency and grace. You'll be expected to be proactive, and reply to Client's needs quickly and thoughtfully. We are in the business of building relationships, and this is a key part of the job.
-Be cool with the freedom of working remotely. No joke. You'll need to be self-motivated, have excellent time management, and think working from home is rad instead of a dreary trap that keeps you isolated in your bathrobe 24/7. We relish in the focused silence of working remotely, making our own schedules, putting in long hard hours when it's go-time, then taking off early for powder days when there's free time.

-This position is part time to start, with the ability to scale into full time work
